Cancelation and Tardy Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients may reschedule a consultation call once without forfeiting their payment, provided they notify Fellow Filmmaker through the designated booking platform at least 24 hours before the scheduled call time.

  • After utilizing the one-time rescheduling allowance, any further cancellations will lead to the forfeiture of the consultation fee without the option to reschedule.

  • If a client elects to cancel a call on their own, they may reschedule it up to one time per the allowance mentioned before.

  • If Fellow Filmmaker cancels the call it will not count towards the one time reschedule allowance.

  1. Tardiness:

    • If a client is more than ten (10) minutes late, the call will be deemed missed and must be rescheduled, counting towards the client's rescheduling limit.

    • Repeated tardiness may result in the termination of the ability to book future calls.

  2. Notification Method:

    • Clients must notify Fellow Filmmaker of any cancellations or requests to reschedule via the booking platform. This ensures clear communication and documentation of the request.

  3. Rescheduling Availability:

    • Rescheduled calls are contingent upon availability in Fellow Filmmaker’s calendar. We strive to accommodate our clients but cannot guarantee the availability of specific dates or times.

  4. Policy Acceptance:

    • Booking a consultation call signifies acceptance of these terms. Clients are encouraged to review this policy in full prior to scheduling.

  5. Force Majeure:

    • In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters), affected appointments may be rescheduled without penalty to either party, subject to approval and availability.

  6. Amendments to Policy:

    • Fellow Filmmaker reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted and will apply to future bookings.
